The old formula: Same people, same music.
The Platformula: Platform was created by Plado Media with the vision of providing an event as creative as the artwork it featured. With the goals of offering a place where great people can go out, experience emerging art, and meet new people, Platform began as a small event with 50 people in a SoMa pizza place called Za Spot, run by Andy Harris. It has grown and as an ever-changing event, Plado Media uses the visual arts, film, fashion, and sound to deliver a new experience with every event. With 10-15 new artists featured every month bringing their friends for support, Platform offers fresh faces with similar interests in a creative social setting.

Plado Media is a creative event production services company specializing in the facilitation of events. We offer services including event design, lighting, sound, security, consultation, insurance, facilities scouting, rentals and marketing. We will work with any budget to make your next event a memorable one.
